• • You will be instrumental in leading and executing critical initiatives, managing complex special projects, and orchestrating the COO's responsibilities and engagements to maximize their operational effectiveness and strategic impact.
• • A core aspect of this role involves acting as a trusted advisor to the COO and the broader leadership team. You will be expected to elevate insights and provide rigorous analysis on company operations, key management decisions, and other strategic areas, contributing directly to informed decision-making.
• • You will take ownership of special projects that fall directly under the COO's purview, driving them from conception to successful completion. This requires a broad understanding of the business and the ability to navigate diverse functional areas.
