- • As the Chief of Staff for the UK market at Bjakcareer, you will be a pivotal force multiplier for the CEO, operating at the highest levels of strategic influence and operational execution. - • You will partner directly with the executive leadership team to meticulously define, rigorously track, and proactively drive progress on company-wide strategic priorities, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and other critical, high-stakes initiatives. This involves deep dives into strategic planning, performance monitoring, and identifying areas for accelerated growth and operational enhancement.
- • A core responsibility will be the preparation of exceptionally high-quality briefings, insightful analyses, and well-reasoned recommendations. These outputs will be crucial for supporting C-level decision-making, ensuring that leadership's time and focus are strategically optimized for maximum impact and effectiveness.
- • You will take the lead in orchestrating and facilitating key leadership forums, including Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings and strategic off-sites. This includes developing clear, impactful agendas, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and driving cross-departmental alignment to maintain consistent execution momentum across the organization.
- • You will be a key architect and refiner of polished, compelling communication materials. These will be disseminated to internal teams, the Board of Directors, and investors, positioning you as a central liaison and trusted communicator across all critical stakeholder groups.
- • You will be tasked with leading and executing high-priority, complex projects that may not have a natural departmental owner.
