- • The Chief of Staff – UK is a high-trust, high-leverage role that works directly with the CEO to drive alignment, clarity, and execution across the organisation, translating vision into priorities, priorities into action, and action into measurable results.
- • The Chief of Staff – Partner directly with leadership to define, track, and drive progress on company-wide strategic priorities, OKRs, and critical initiatives; preparing high-quality briefings, analysis, and recommendations for C-level decision-making; leading and facilitating core leadership forums (ELT meetings, off-sites) to ensure cross-departmental alignment; drafting and refining polished communication materials for internal teams, the Board, and investors; leading and executing high-priority, complex projects lacking a natural departmental owner; and identifying operational gaps or inefficiencies to proactively coordinate solutions for company-wide scale.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong background in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or previous Chief of Staff–type roles in high-growth environments
- • Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant accountability
- • Strong critical thinking, structuring, and executive-level communication skills
- • Experience working closely with senior leadership on sensitive, high-stakes matters
- • High level of maturity, discretion, and judgment
- • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
