• • As Chief People Officer at Cloudscaler Inc., you will serve as the cultural backbone of a fast-growing technology consultancy, responsible for designing and embedding the people architecture that enables the company to scale from 100 to 300+ employees without losing its core values of technical depth, delivery integrity, and a culture where high performance and genuine fulfilment coexist.
• • Day to day, you will shape how employees grow through personalised development plans and the Cloudscaler Academy, build credible career pathways across technical and non-technical role families, design performance and rewards systems that are values-anchored and manager-friendly, own the employee experience from onboarding to alumni status, and lead internal communications to ensure inclusion and clarity in a hybrid, technically demanding workforce.
