• • As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at NeuroScale Inc., you will serve as the highest-ranking technical leader and a core member of the founding team, defining the technical vision and architecture for an AI-powered recruiting platform that is transforming talent acquisition into a science.
• • You will lead, recruit, and scale a world-class engineering organization, overseeing the design, development, and reliability of backend systems, AI/ML infrastructure, APIs, data workflows, and integrations, while establishing engineering best practices in security, observability, testing, and incident response.
• • NeuroScale is building Arbi, the first end-to-end AI recruiting platform that connects companies with specialized recruiters and autonomous AI sourcing agents, backed by rapid growth—adding over $5M in pipeline monthly with 75% month-over-month increases—and backed by a young, high-talent team operating with urgency and minimal bureaucracy.
• • You will have the opportunity to solve high-impact problems such as intelligent candidate-company matching, designing incentive systems for recruiters, building core tooling for recruiter workflows, and creating a new paradigm for talent discovery—gaining direct access to founders and advisors while shaping the future of hiring at an enterprise scale.
