📋 Description

• • Own the technical destiny of Cognition across MENA and APAC. As International Field CTO you will be the single most senior technical voice in the room for Fortune-500 boardrooms, government ministries, and hyperscaler partnership councils, translating the promise of Devin—the world’s first fully autonomous AI software engineer—into concrete, revenue-generating deployments.
• • Architect the adoption roadmap for the next 100 million lines of code written by AI. You will design end-to-end solution blueprints that marry Devin’s agentic capabilities with each customer’s existing SDLC, CI/CD stack, security posture, and regulatory constraints, ensuring pilots convert to eight-figure ARR expansions.
• • Be the bridge between Tokyo R&D and the realities of regional markets. You will distill on-the-ground feedback from Riyadh, Mumbai, Sydney, and Singapore into crisp product requirements that our platform and applied research teams can ship within sprint cycles, directly influencing the roadmap of a decacorn-stage startup.
• • Evangelize at global scale. Keynote regional AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next, and proprietary Cognition Summits; appear on CNBC Asia and Nikkei Tech to explain how autonomous software engineering will reshape GDP; author whitepapers and GitHub repos that become the de-facto standard for AI-driven development.
• • Co-create joint go-to-market motions with hyperscalers, GSIs, and boutique AI consultancies. You will negotiate technical integration priorities, co-sell motions, and marketplace listings that put Devin in front of every enterprise engineer in the region, while negotiating rev-share and MDF that accelerate time-to-revenue.
• • Design and run lighthouse pilots that become case studies for the industry. From a tier-1 Gulf bank modernizing 40-year-old COBOL to a Japanese auto OEM accelerating EV firmware delivery, you will define success criteria, instrumentation, and ROI models that turn skeptics into champions and champions into multi-year contracts.
• • Build and mentor a distributed technical field team. Recruit, onboard, and coach Solutions Architects, TAMs, and Deployment Engineers across Dubai, Bengaluru, Seoul, and Melbourne; create repeatable playbooks, demo environments, and certification tracks that allow a 20-person team to punch above its weight.
• • Influence regulatory and compliance frameworks. Work with policy teams to ensure SOC-2, ISO-27001, GDPR, PDPA, and emerging AI governance standards are baked into Devin’s deployment model, giving customers the confidence to move from sandbox to production at scale.
• • Translate complex AI research into executive narratives. Distill transformer architectures, reinforcement-learning-from-human-feedback, and autonomous agent orchestration into crisp ROI slides that CFOs and CTOs can defend to their boards, accelerating procurement cycles from quarters to weeks.
• • Leave a legacy on how software is built. Your fingerprints will be on the workflows, integrations, and best practices that define the next decade of engineering productivity, measured not in vanity metrics but in the velocity and quality of code shipped worldwide.
