- • Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships with CIOs and senior IT leaders from Fortune 500 companies and government organizations across the United Kingdom.
- • Leverage subject matter expertise in AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, and Cloud technologies to design and deliver customized service solutions using Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) products.
- • Assess members’ Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) to define and implement innovative, tailored service plans that address their most urgent leadership and technology challenges.
- • Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars to deliver insights and drive member engagement.
- • Present or facilitate at Gartner Executive Programs events, representing Gartner’s thought leadership and ensuring member alignment with ExP offerings.
- • Collaborate closely with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure high levels of member engagement, satisfaction, and renewal of ExP memberships.
- • Apply deep understanding of CIO-focused priorities such as IT strategy, leadership, operations management, metrics-driven decision-making, and evolving industry trends to provide actionable guidance.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, drawing on 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in roles such as consulting or CxO positions.
- • Support transformative, enterprise-wide technology initiatives by applying proven experience leading or co-leading large-scale, end-to-end digital transformation programs.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry landscape, including current challenges faced by today’s CIOs and how Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS) delivers measurable impact.
- • Engage with members across diverse industries including Public Sector, consumer-centric industries, manufacturing, life sciences, and high tech.
- • Utilize demonstrable sales and business development experience with CXO-level executives to drive long-term client partnerships and business continuity.
- • Contribute to Gartner’s position as the world authority on AI by helping clients navigate their AI journeys with objective, research-backed guidance.
- • Operate in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work virtually when productive and engage in purposeful in-person collaboration with colleagues.
- • Partner cross-functionally within Gartner to ensure seamless delivery of integrated services and maximum value to CIO members.
