📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ CIO and senior IT leader member relationships within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) in Sweden
• Leverage subject matter expertise to design and deliver customized service solutions using all Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) products
• Assess members’ Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) to define innovative, tailored service plans that address their most pressing CIO-level challenges
• Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars tailored to FSI executives
• Present or facilitate at Gartner Executive Programs events to drive engagement and knowledge sharing among CIO members
• Collaborate closely with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure high member engagement, satisfaction, and renewal of ExP memberships
• Apply deep understanding of CIO focus areas including IT strategy, leadership, operations management, digital transformation, AI, Agentic AI, cloud adoption, and operating model evolution
• Draw on extensive experience leading or co-leading large-scale, end-to-end transformative technology initiatives within complex organizations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging challenges facing CIOs in Financial Services and how Gartner’s objective insights can deliver measurable impact
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior technology leaders, providing actionable guidance grounded in Gartner’s global research and peer network
• Operate within a hybrid work environment, balancing virtual engagement with strategic in-person interactions as needed for client impact
• Contribute to Gartner’s position as the world authority on AI by supporting clients’ AI journeys with objective, research-backed recommendations
• Engage with a global community of over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries to foster peer learning and collective problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• CxO-level experience with 15+ years of progressive technology leadership exposure in areas including AI, Agentic AI, Digital Transformation, Operating Model, and Cloud
• Demonstrated leadership of large, end-to-end transformative technology programs across industries such as Public Sector, consumer-centric industries, manufacturing, life sciences, or high tech
• Extensive knowledge of CIO priorities, IT industry trends, leadership frameworks, IT operations management, and performance metrics
• Proven sales and/or business development experience engaging and influencing CXO-level executives
