📋 Description

• As a City Manager for Sheffield & Lincoln, you will serve as the local expert and face of Deliveroo in your region, driving growth by building strong relationships with restaurant partners and leveraging data to enhance the customer experience.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing top restaurant accounts, negotiating partnerships, identifying and onboarding new local favourites, supporting local hero brands, and developing tailored sales strategies to close value proposition gaps and maximise growth opportunities.
• You will work within the North East & Yorkshire team, reporting to the Regional Manager, and collaborate closely with Operations, Account Management, and global Product and Technology teams to refine offerings and optimise restaurant performance.
• This role offers the chance to develop expertise in regional market dynamics, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and strategic growth planning within a fast-evolving three-sided marketplace, backed by the scale and resources of DoorDash and Wolt.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in account/relationship management, sales or strategy roles
• Results and target oriented
• Comfortable using and understanding data on restaurant partners and city/area performance to identify areas for improvement
• A mixture of field based (2-3 days per week) and office/home working (2-3 days per week)
• A UK Drivers License and a car
