📋 Description

• • As a Claims Analyst supporting the Voya Leave Management (VLM) department, you will guide claimants through their integrated process of leave with empathy and clarity, focusing on Short Term Disability, Family Medical Leave (FMLA), and other paid leaves while ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.
• • Day to day, you will analyze and determine claim payments accurately and timely, make decisions on non-complex disability claims, communicate professionally via phone and email, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, participate in team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement, manage work queues within SLAs, and support additional projects as needed.
