- • As a Claims Examiner, Auto | Bodily Injury at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will analyze and process complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims by reviewing coverage, completing investigations, determining liability, and evaluating the scope of damages—playing a critical role in helping individuals and businesses recover after unexpected events.
- • Day to day, you will process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensure proper documentation and coding, manage litigation processes, coordinate vendor management including independent adjusters, report large claims to excess carriers, develop action plans to meet state contact deadlines, identify subrogation and risk transfer opportunities, communicate claim status with insureds, clients, and agents, and support organizational quality programs.
