• • Claims Examiner for Workers' Compensation in Illinois, responsible for analyzing complex claims, determining benefits due, managing litigation, and ensuring timely adjudication within service expectations and client requirements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating and processing complex workers' compensation claims, negotiating settlements, calculating and assigning reserves, managing claim recoveries, coordinating vendor referrals, preparing state filings, and maintaining professional communication with claimants and clients.
