- • As a Claims Operations Manager at Devoted Health, you will lead the end-to-end modernization of the member reimbursement system for medical and supplemental expenses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability in a high-stakes operational environment.
- • Day to day, you will act as a hands-on operator deploying internal toolkits—including AI, workforce, and data platforms—to drive business outcomes, define and own the 'Source of Truth' for program health, build and manage BI dashboards to track KPIs, and take immediate corrective action to maintain system performance.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Devoted Health, a fast-growing healthcare company founded in 2017 that serves older Americans across the U.S. by combining compassion, health insurance, clinical care, service, and technology to deliver integrated, high-quality care.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare operations transformation, gain deep experience with BI platforms and automation tools, strengthen your ability to translate complex data into actionable plans, and lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact member reimbursement and organizational compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience in a high-growth or regulated environment
- • Proven ability to use complex data sets to drive performance and influence organizational outcomes
- • Proficiency with BI platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, Tableau) and a track record of using LLMs or automation to solve business problems
- • Ability to translate complex technical or financial concepts into actionable plans for any audience
- • Elite attention to detail with the ability to pivot between tactical tasks and high-level goal alignment
