- • Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term, remote career as a Creative Project Coordinator VA, where you’ll keep creative projects on track, teams aligned, and assets well-organised at the intersection of project management and marketing support.
- • Manage project workflows in Asana (or similar): task creation, assignment, status updates, and deadline tracking; coordinate cross-team handoffs between marketing, design, and operations to keep projects moving.
- • Maintain organised campaign asset libraries in Google Drive with versioning, naming, and storage; support light design production using Canva templates for graphics, resizing, formatting, and exports.
- • Build and maintain internal documentation including SOPs, project briefs, and onboarding checklists; track publish schedules and flag bottlenecks before they become blockers; set up and maintain Google Workspace accounts and permissions for team members.
- • Work remotely with US-based teams (EST–PST time zone) in a fast-moving creative company, contributing to campaign execution and operational efficiency while developing organisational and creative coordination skills.
- • Gain experience in creative project management, asset organisation, and process documentation within a global remote work environment, with opportunities to support marketing and design teams through structured workflows and tool mastery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); ideally has supported US or UK-based companies
- • Demonstrated project coordination or operations experience in a remote marketing or creative environment
- • Confident Asana (or ClickUp/Trello) user — able to build out and manage project boards independently
- • Strong Google Workspace knowledge across Drive, Docs, Sheets, and account management
- • Canva proficiency for quick-turn creative production
- • Highly organised with a systems mindset and strong written communication
