- • As a Claims Resolution Adjuster II at Allstate, you will investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury, working remotely from your home to assess coverage, liability, and damages while delivering exceptional customer service.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone, email, and text; investigating claims by reviewing damage and interpreting policies; negotiating fair settlements with claimants, vendors, and third-party carriers; utilizing estimate tools and settlement platforms; and maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the claims system.
- • You will join a team at Allstate, a company with over 90 years of innovation in protecting families, known for leadership in pricing sophistication, telematics, and device and identity protection, where you’ll embody the Claims Culture by caring, empowering, and restoring customers through compassion and commitment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of claims adjusting experience determining liability
- • Claims investigation and negotiation experience
- • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately
- • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully
- • Experience with liability investigations, coverage determination, property damage, inspection methods, rental, and liability resolution
- • Ability to obtain and maintain required adjuster and/or appraiser license within 60 days of hire, including passing a Department of Labor background check
