- • As a Claims Systems Senior Analyst at EviCore, a line of business within The Cigna Group, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of claims processing system configurations in alignment with provider specifications and client requirements.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include resolving complex, non-routine issues escalated from leadership, business units, clients, and junior team members; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate processes and identify procedural gaps; analyzing business and user requirements to design system configurations, specifications, test plans, and use cases; conducting system integration and end-to-end testing to improve adjudication automation and accuracy; partnering with technology and analytics teams to develop new data sources for reporting; and providing production support as needed.
- • You will join EviCore, a specialized division of The Cigna Group focused on advancing healthcare solutions through innovative pharmacy, care, and benefit services that enhance prediction, prevention, and treatment accessibility for millions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare claims systems, strengthen your analytical and technical skills in SQL, MS Access, and Excel, gain exposure to end-to-end SDLC processes, and position yourself as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams—driving improvements in system accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while contributing to better health outcomes.
