📋 Description

• • The Claims Team Lead oversees daily operations of the claims team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims in compliance with company policies, regulations, and service standards while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inbound calls and processing to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements, performing quality reviews, providing coaching and feedback, managing workflow, tracking data for reporting, maintaining SOPs, resolving complex claims, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Legal, Underwriting, and Contact Center.
