  • • Serve as the go-to Career Coach for Cleo’s diverse member base across the West Coast, delivering empathetic, evidence-based guidance that helps parents and caregivers navigate pivotal career moments—returning from parental leave, pivoting industries, re-entering the workforce, or scaling leadership while raising children.
  • • Own a rotating caseload of 1:1 coaching engagements (phone & video) averaging 30–45 minutes each; quickly build trust, surface core motivations, and co-create actionable 30-60-90-day career roadmaps that align with members’ family realities and financial goals.
  • • Review and refine rĂ©sumĂ©s, CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios; teach modern job-search tactics (ATS optimization, value-based storytelling, salary negotiation, networking scripts) that produce measurable outcomes—interviews scheduled, offers secured, compensation increased.
  • • Facilitate dynamic virtual workshops, webinars, and peer support groups (8–25 attendees) on topics such as “Career Confidence After Baby,” “Negotiating Flex Work,” and “Leadership Identity for Caregivers”; use interactive polls, breakout rooms, and evidence-based adult-learning principles to drive 90 %+ satisfaction scores.
  • • Partner daily with Cleo Guides (care coordinators), mental-health specialists, and pediatric or adult-care experts to weave career goals into holistic family support plans; flag social determinants—affordable childcare, workplace bias, financial stress—and connect members to vetted community, employer, and government resources.
  • • Craft concise, compassionate in-app messages that translate complex career theory into bite-size next steps; respond to Slack escalations from Guides within 1 business hour, supplying talking points, worksheets, or referral pathways that keep the member journey seamless.
  • • Design reusable curricula, articles, and 3-minute micro-videos that scale your expertise across 200+ employer clients; map every asset to Cleo LifePath outcomes (confidence, retention, financial health) and iterate quarterly using engagement analytics and member feedback.
  • • Host quarterly “lunch & learn” webinars for HR benefits teams and prospective clients, showcasing Cleo’s career-coaching impact through real (anonymized) success stories and live Q&A—directly influencing renewal rates and new logo wins.
  • • Maintain meticulous documentation in Salesforce Health Cloud: session notes, goal tracking, resource links, and outcome metrics; generate monthly data summaries that inform product, clinical, and sales teams on ROI and intervention efficacy.
  • • Commit to anti-bias, inclusive coaching practices; participate in monthly DEI learning labs, audit your own materials for culturally responsive language, and advocate for equitable workplace policies that especially benefit under-represented caregivers.
  • • Work a set part-time shift schedule of 3 weekdays, 5 hours per day (15 hrs max), aligned with Pacific-time member demand; remain reachable for urgent escalations during your window and provide seamless hand-offs when off-duty.
  • • Thrive in a fast-moving, Series B digital-health startup—pivot quickly when product features, employer contracts, or market conditions change; contribute “voice of the member” insights that shape roadmap priorities and accelerate Cleo’s mission to make family care a standard benefit everywhere.

🎯 Requirements

  • • ICF-accredited career-coaching certification (or equivalent 60+ hour training) plus 2+ years of direct coaching experience with parents, caregivers, or individuals on family-related career breaks
  • • Demonstrated success facilitating group learning in virtual environments (Zoom, Teams, etc.) with audience sizes 8–30 and post-session satisfaction ≥ 85 %
  • • Availability to work a fixed West-Coast schedule: 3 weekdays, 5 consecutive hours/day between 7 am–6 pm PT, totaling up to 15 hrs/week
  • • Tech fluency—comfortable toggling between Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom; able to create simple Loom or Vidyard videos and lightweight slide decks
  • • Residence in one of Cleo’s approved U.S. states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI) with secure high-speed internet and private workspace
