� Description

• • Join Skellig Automation as our first dedicated Technical Sourcer and become the engine behind our rapid growth in the Life Sciences automation space. You will own the top-of-funnel for hard-to-find controls, validation, and process automation engineers who ultimately help bring life-saving drugs to market faster and at lower cost.
• • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, university alumni networks, and under-the-radar communities where the best controls talent actually hangs out. You will map the entire Life Sciences automation ecosystem, building evergreen talent pools before roles even open.
• • Partner directly with our Director of Talent and technical hiring managers to translate complex job specs into laser-focused search strings, Boolean queries, and targeted outreach campaigns that speak the language of DeltaV, PLCs, SCADA, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• • Craft hyper-personalized messages that move passive candidates to reply. You will A/B test subject lines, experiment with video outreach, and leverage market intel to tell the Skellig story in a way that resonates with engineers who are already well-paid and rarely looking.
• • Own the first impression of our brand. From the initial InMail to the pre-screen call, you will deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects our mission—making medicine more affordable and accessible for all.
• • Build and maintain a best-in-class ATS (Greenhouse) with clean data, accurate tags, and real-time dashboards that allow leadership to forecast pipeline health and make strategic hiring decisions without spreadsheets.
• • Track and report key metrics: response rates, screen-to-interview conversion, diversity funnel ratios, and time-to-submit. You will iterate weekly, turning insights into action that continuously raises the bar.
• • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every search. You will proactively source under-represented talent, partner with ERGs, and ensure our job posts and outreach are free from biased language.
• • Act as the market intelligence hub for Skellig. You will deliver quarterly talent maps, compensation benchmarking, and competitor org-chart teardowns that inform both recruiting strategy and product roadmaps.
• • Scale the function. Within 12 months you will help us evaluate and implement AI-sourcing tools, build a referral program, and mentor junior sourcers as the team grows.
