• • Shape the future of talent at Cedacri, the Italian powerhouse within ION Group. As our Senior Recruiter for Italy, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for a 13,000-person global group that serves 4,800 customers from 60 offices worldwide. Your mission is to attract, engage and hire the exceptional minds who will keep ION at the forefront of trading and workflow automation software.
• • Partner deeply with engineering, product, sales and operations leaders across Pisa, Milan and our remote hubs to translate ambitious business roadmaps into precise hiring plans. You will translate complex technical requirements into magnetic job descriptions that speak to both hard skills and the cultural DNA that makes ION unique.
• • Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies that go far beyond LinkedIn. You will map the Italian and European tech ecosystems, run targeted events with universities and coding bootcamps, nurture alumni networks and leverage employee referrals to create a continuous pipeline of diverse, high-calibre talent.
• • Own every candidate touchpoint from first hello to signed contract and beyond. You will design an interview experience that is rigorous yet human, ensuring every applicant—successful or not—becomes an advocate for our brand. Expect to coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, unconscious-bias mitigation and evidence-based evaluation techniques.
• • Act as the guardian of our employer brand in Italy. Working hand-in-hand with Marketing, you will craft disruptive content that showcases our engineering culture, our impact on global financial markets and the career stories of our people. Think podcasts, hackathon recaps and behind-the-scenes reels that turn heads on TikTok and GitHub alike.
• • Turn data into decisive action. You will design dashboards in our ATS that track funnel conversion, time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and diversity metrics. Monthly, you will present insights to the VP of People and recommend course corrections—whether that means tweaking a job advert, reallocating agency spend or piloting a new assessment tool.
• • Scale best practices across borders. Your curiosity and willingness to share will make you the go-to subject-matter expert for recruiters in London, New York and Singapore. You will host quarterly knowledge-shares, contribute to our global playbook and champion Italian talent on the world stage.
• • Champion inclusion at every step. You will partner with disability-list organisations under Italian Law L.68/99 to ensure priority candidates receive tailored support, accessible interviews and seamless onboarding. Your advocacy will help us build teams that mirror the diverse markets we serve.
