- • Own the end-to-end relationship with a top-tier biotechnology client as the single point of accountability for a high-visibility Metabolic Clinical Educator program focused on obesity and liver disease education. You will translate complex scientific data into actionable strategies that accelerate patient access to life-changing therapies.
- • Drive strategic alignment by orchestrating cross-functional teams across Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs. Your leadership ensures that every field interaction, training module, and performance metric ladders up to the client’s commercial objectives and, ultimately, improved patient outcomes.
- • Translate client vision into operational reality by designing proposals, business plans, KPIs, employee development roadmaps, and monthly executive dashboards. You will present these deliverables to C-suite stakeholders, demonstrating how Inizio Engage’s solutions outperform benchmarks and generate measurable ROI.
- • Safeguard profitability through rigorous financial stewardship: oversee accurate invoicing, attendance and expense trackers, P&L reviews, and recruitment forecasting. Your analytical rigor keeps margins healthy while reinvesting savings into innovation and talent development.
- • Coach, mentor, and performance-manage a nationwide field team of Clinical Educators. Through regular ride-alongs, virtual huddles, and data-driven feedback loops, you will elevate individual performance and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and compliance excellence.
- • Ensure 100 % regulatory and ethical compliance by interpreting FDA, OIG, and PhRMA guidelines and embedding them into SOPs, training curricula, and field toolkits. You will conduct quarterly audits and remediation plans to protect both the client and Inizio Engage brands.
- • Curate and deliver best-in-class training experiences—national conferences, virtual academies, and micro-learning modules—that keep the field team at the forefront of metabolic science, adult learning principles, and digital engagement techniques.
- • Identify and incubate new revenue streams by networking within the client organization and across the broader biotechnology ecosystem. You will convert insights into upsell proposals and long-term partnership extensions valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
- • Orchestrate seamless logistics for advisory boards, investigator meetings, and speaker-training events, ensuring flawless execution that reflects the premium quality synonymous with both the client and Inizio Engage.
- • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, funneling field intelligence and market feedback into product strategy, medical messaging, and patient-services enhancements that differentiate the client in a crowded metabolic marketplace.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive practices into hiring, coaching, and client engagement strategies, thereby reflecting the diverse patient populations we serve and fostering innovation through varied perspectives.
- • Leverage cutting-edge data analytics platforms to monitor territory performance, patient journey milestones, and HCP sentiment in real time, enabling agile pivots that maximize impact and resource efficiency.
