Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing all communications, proactively resolving any conflicts, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all client commitments.
- • You will play a crucial role in the growth of our client base by collaborating closely with the Sales team. Together, you will develop strategic account plans, identify opportunities for renewals, and craft effective cross-sell strategies to expand our footprint within existing accounts. This collaborative effort ensures a seamless transition from sales to ongoing client management and success.

This cross-functional collaboration is essential for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of ongoing client projects and any potential issues. By staying informed, you will be able to proactively identify potential risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities to further enhance client value and satisfaction.
- • You will be the guardian of quality for all major client deliverables, meticulously reviewing them to ensure they meet Health Catalyst's high standards and, most importantly, exceed client expectations. Your attention to detail will be paramount in maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
- • Ensuring that all client issues are not only addressed but effectively managed to a satisfactory resolution is a core tenet of this role. You will be empowered to navigate challenges and drive solutions that uphold the integrity of our client partnerships.
- • A key function of your role is to act as the voice of the client internally. You will effectively communicate client goals, needs, and feedback to internal stakeholders, ensuring their perspectives are understood and considered. Simultaneously, you will manage client expectations, providing clear and realistic timelines and outcomes.
- • To excel in this position, you will need to develop and maintain a deep and thorough understanding of Health Catalyst's comprehensive suite of interoperability product and service offerings. This includes a detailed knowledge of solutions such as KPI Ninja by Health Catalyst, GRID, Notify, and HISP. You must be able to articulate the unique value proposition of each offering to clients, tailoring your communication to their specific needs and challenges.
- • Continuous learning is vital. You will be expected to maintain in-depth product and industry knowledge, demonstrating expert proficiency in the features and functions of our solutions. This expertise will enable you to provide insightful guidance and support to your clients.
- • You will be responsible for completing essential reporting tasks, including monthly client reports, bi-annual account reviews, and all other standard reporting processes. These reports will provide critical insights into client progress and the overall health of the account.
- • This role requires active engagement with clients through onsite visits for business reviews, training sessions, and other important client meetings. Approximately 40% of your time will be dedicated to travel within the US to foster these relationships and drive success.
- • You will also be responsible for completing reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track and communicate the progress and health of each client account, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- • Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain a strong commitment to Information Security and Compliance. This includes completing all mandatory training directives related to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy, and HIPAA Privacy and Security. You must adhere strictly to the organization's Acceptable Use Policy and actively safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting any potential or actual security events to the appropriate officers.
