📋 Description

  • As a Client Account Manager at MCA Connect, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison between the company and its manufacturing clients, driving long-term value by aligning Microsoft Business Applications and Azure Data & AI solutions with clients’ operational and financial goals. This role is critical to sustaining and expanding MCA Connect’s reputation as a trusted advisor in the manufacturing technology space, directly contributing to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through deep industry insight and solution expertise.
  • You will manage a portfolio of enterprise manufacturing clients, conducting regular business reviews to assess solution performance, identify optimization opportunities, and uncover unmet needs that can be addressed through additional services or technology enhancements. Your day-to-day includes preparing and delivering executive-level presentations, coordinating cross-functional internal teams (including solution architects, delivery leads, and technical consultants) to ensure seamless execution, and acting as the voice of the client internally to influence product and service roadmaps.
  • You will proactively monitor client health metrics, usage patterns, and satisfaction indicators to anticipate risks and opportunities, developing tailored account plans that outline short- and long-term objectives, success criteria, and resource allocation. This involves negotiating renewals, scoping expansion opportunities, and managing contract lifecycle processes in close collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • You will stay current on evolving manufacturing industry trends, Microsoft technology roadmaps, and competitive offerings to position MCA Connect as an innovative thought leader. This includes participating in industry events, contributing to thought leadership content, and sharing insights with both clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement in solution relevance and effectiveness.
  • You will partner closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales engagement, ensuring that promises made during the sales cycle are fulfilled and exceeded during implementation and ongoing support. Your role bridges the gap between technical delivery and business outcomes, ensuring clients realize measurable ROI from their investments.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of MCA Connect’s client engagement framework by providing feedback on processes, tools, and methodologies based on frontline experience, helping to refine best practices that enhance scalability and consistency across the client base.

  • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in manufacturing industry dynamics, Microsoft enterprise technologies, and strategic account management methodologies. You will gain experience advising C-suite and operations leaders on digital transformation initiatives, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor capable of influencing multi-million-dollar technology investments.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting roles within the manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise technology sectors
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships, including experience with contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of complex technology solutions
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform) and/or Azure Data & AI services is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to inform account strategy, measure client health, and identify growth opportunities
