  • • As a Client Account Manager at Inizio Engage, you will serve as the primary liaison between our esteemed biotechnology client and the operational teams, ensuring the seamless and successful delivery of patient access and education programs.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to foster a strong, collaborative relationship with the client, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their strategic objectives are met and exceeded through exceptional service delivery.
  • • You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across the project, meticulously overseeing the day-to-day activities of Clinical Educators and Virtual Access and Reimbursement Managers to guarantee high performance and client satisfaction.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to client communication, involving regular, clear, and concise updates on project performance, proactive solicitation of feedback, and strategic networking to identify and cultivate future opportunities for growth and enhanced client engagement.
  • • You will collaborate closely with relevant internal Inizio Engage departments and external client stakeholders to orchestrate the smooth, timely, and effective development and enhancement of project initiatives, consistently aiming to surpass client expectations.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be the design and presentation of comprehensive business reviews, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), employee development plans, and detailed monthly reports, tailored to meet diverse client requests and demonstrate project value.
  • • You will assume direct accountability for the financial health and profitability of your assigned projects, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, diligent attendance tracking, thorough expense analysis, and insightful Profit & Loss (P&L) reviews, alongside active participation in recruitment efforts.
  • • A significant part of your leadership will involve providing robust coaching, mentorship, and performance management to your direct reports, including the Clinical Educators and Virtual Access and Reimbursement Managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring team success.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring that all field activities conducted by the team strictly adhere to all relevant industry regulations and compliance standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • • This role requires you to orchestrate and manage employee training sessions, industry conferences, and crucial individual client meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed and engaged.
  • • You will proactively arrange and lead project review meetings, deliver timely client updates, identify and nurture new business development leads, and actively participate in the recruiting and interviewing process for potential employees to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • • Attendance at client meetings, operational reviews, industry conferences, and other critical engagements will be a regular requirement, ensuring Inizio Engage remains at the forefront of client needs and industry trends.
  • • You will provide essential administrative management for the field-based Clinical Educator team, ensuring their operational needs are met and their performance is optimized.
