📋 Description

• As a Client Delivery Lead at Enode AS, you will own and drive complex, enterprise-grade implementations of the company’s Consumer Flex solutions from post-sales handover through successful go-live and long-term rollout, ensuring mission-critical energy transition projects land on time and deliver real-world impact across millions of households.
• You will lead end-to-end delivery of software integrations for large energy providers, acting as the primary client contact while coordinating parallel workstreams across product, engineering, and commercial teams to resolve blockers, manage timelines, and align stakeholders in high-stakes, multi-year projects.
• You will travel frequently to work onsite with customers across Europe, building deep relationships and ensuring successful adoption of Enode’s technology in complex enterprise environments where technical and commercial domains intersect.
• Enode is a remote-first, mission-driven climate tech startup backed by Y Combinator and Lowercarbon Capital, dedicated to building the software infrastructure that enables a flexible, renewable energy system by connecting and orchestrating distributed energy resources like EVs, heat pumps, and home batteries at scale.
• You will join a strategic accounts team focused on delivering transformative enterprise projects that shape how energy providers manage demand and integrate distributed resources, placing you at the forefront of the energy transition with direct impact on grid stability and decarbonization.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in consumer flexibility and energy technology integration while honing your ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives in a fast-scaling startup, gaining exposure to cutting-edge energy systems and enterprise sales cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering software implementations in enterprise environments
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects end to end
• Strong project management and execution skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery
• Experience working with technical integrations and engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
