- • The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) at WEX Inc. is a key role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of a designated client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact to manage relationships, drive project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of platform and services.
- • Day to day, the CDM manages all aspects of client relationships, oversees annual, recurring and ad hoc projects (including open enrollment, rollover processes, EDI files, ACA site prep, and code report reviews), serves as a knowledgeable resource on Health & Welfare administration, provides guidance on platform functionality and data management by interpreting Plan Documents and SPDs, communicates progress to clients and internal stakeholders, troubleshoots issues by coordinating with internal teams, acts as a client advocate by collecting and communicating product feedback, provides guidance to junior team members, and participates in team-wide training efforts.

- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in benefits administration, gain experience managing complex client portfolios and end-to-end project lifecycles, strengthen technical skills in interpreting EDI files and configuring benefit plans, enhance client advocacy and communication abilities, and grow into a trusted advisor and mentor for junior team members while contributing to platform improvements through feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the benefits administration industry
- • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of identifying and resolving complex issues
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- • Foundational knowledge of Health & Welfare administration principles and practices
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, including Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, V look-up, simple queries), Word/Google Docs (letter writing and PDF creation), and Outlook/Gmail (email, scheduling)
