• • The Client Delivery Manager at Cotality Inc. is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of UnderwritingCenter (UWC) product implementations for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering client requirements, defining business and functional needs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing change control, resolving technical issues, providing product training and mentorship, and acting as a client advocate by feeding feedback into product development.
