- • As a Sr Project Manager MX Global at Delivery Hero SE, you will play a key role in optimizing Rider Support operations for the Spanish market and supporting the evolution of new rider models, directly impacting service efficiency, regulatory compliance, and rider satisfaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying operational gaps, leading service flow improvements, and driving initiatives that affect key metrics such as contact ratio, rider satisfaction, supply efficiency, and service-related costs through data analysis, operational problem solving, and project execution.
- • You will act as a critical bridge between Supply Operations and Marketplace Experience (MX), ensuring rider support processes align with operational needs while maintaining efficiency and compliance across the Spanish market.
- • The team operates within Delivery Hero’s global marketplace experience function, focused on enhancing rider support systems and scaling innovative rider models through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in marketplace operations, rider lifecycle management, and regulatory frameworks, while leading high-impact projects that improve both operational performance and rider experience at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in project management, preferably within marketplace, logistics, or on-demand delivery environments.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable operational improvements.
- • Experience working cross-functionally between operations, product, and experience teams to align processes and drive change.
- • Familiarity with rider support operations, service metrics (e.g., contact ratio, satisfaction scores), and regulatory requirements in the gig economy or delivery sector.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
