  • • As VP, Customer Experience - Operations & Strategy at Alkami Technology, you will serve as the connective tissue across strategy, execution, and performance for the Customer Experience Group, driving operational excellence and scalable systems that directly impact revenue attainment, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  • • Day to day, you will lead the development and oversight of CXG’s annual operating plan, partner with Engineering and IT to implement tools that improve efficiency, champion AI adoption, design performance dashboards, optimize client journey visibility, identify process bottlenecks, manage operational risks, lead the CXG Operations team, drive cross-functional alignment, and support special initiatives including M&A integration.
