📋 Description

• • As a Public Sector Contract & Partner Strategy Lead at Axon Enterprise, Inc., you will design and lead the strategy that unlocks scalable procurement and partner-driven growth across the US Public Sector business, directly supporting Axon’s mission to Protect Life by removing friction from the buying process and accelerating revenue growth.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute state and cooperative contract strategies, lead negotiations for new and expanded contracts, operationalize commercial partnerships by designing revenue activation plans, and proactively identify and remove procurement barriers for new product launches in state and local markets.
• • You will join a fast-paced, mission-driven team at Axon, a company dedicated to advancing safety and justice through innovative devices and cloud software, where collaboration, candor, and care are core values and in-person collaboration in the Boston office is prioritized Tuesdays through Fridays.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in public sector procurement, commercial partnership operationalization, and cross-functional stakeholder influence, while driving complex, long-horizon initiatives that expand market access and accelerate revenue growth for Axon’s public safety technology solutions.
