- • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the organization’s products, services, and client delivery policies to ensure accurate client interactions.
- • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and timely resolution of issues using tailored alternate solutions.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as the central communication link between clients and internal teams including Operations, Client Success, and other service lines.
- • Deliver and create all standard and ad hoc client-facing reports based on specific client needs, utilizing Excel and Power BI for data visualization and presentation.
- • Compile, analyze, and convey numerical or statistical data using pivot tables, graphs, spreadsheets, and other analytical tools to support client decision-making.
- • Manage client meeting schedules and agendas aligned with project scope agreements, including preparation, QA, and validation of meeting decks in coordination with Client Success.
- • Coordinate with Operations to gather subject matter expert (SME) input and ensure deliverables from vendor management companies are met.
- • Ensure all client-specific protocol documentation is current, regularly reviewed, and properly maintained by the Client Deliver Senior Associate.
- • Monitor client health through KPIs in collaboration with Cloud team members to identify and escalate potential client detractors proactively.
- • Communicate all client risk issues to designated leadership teams to safeguard customer success and mitigate potential disruptions.
- • Manage client expectations and consistently follow through on all commitments to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- • Verify and communicate account-level auditing and integrity issues directly to clients to ensure transparency and compliance.
- • Support implementation project management under leadership direction, contributing to project timelines and deliverables.
- • Promote a supportive and positive team culture aligned with company values and contribute ideas to advance internal team initiatives.
- • Work in a remote, quiet, climate-controlled environment with extended computer usage as the primary mode of work.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree)
- • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- • Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues with tailored solutions
- • Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams including Operations and Client Success
- • Experience in client-facing reporting and presentation preparation
