📋 Description
- • Actively prospect and engage new clients in the healthcare industry, including hospital and independent retail pharmacies, as well as supply chain and procurement teams, to drive new business growth for Inmar’s Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions.
- • Schedule and conduct impactful sales presentations to demonstrate Inmar’s solutions, identify client needs, and offer tailored recommendations to increase account value.
- • Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients by identifying upsell opportunities and providing ongoing education on regulatory compliance and service offerings.
- • Maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities through proactive outreach, follow-up, and lead generation within the assigned territory centered on Fort Worth, Texas.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term loyalty.
- • Travel daily within the Fort Worth, Texas territory to provide on-site support for pharmaceutical returns, ensuring clients are equipped with necessary tools and compliance knowledge.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data within CRM systems to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- • Use CRM data to analyze trends, identify key insights, and refine sales strategies to optimize territory performance and meet or exceed sales goals.
- • Comply with all company policies, standards, and safety regulations while performing job duties.
- • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned, including participation in team meetings, training sessions, and internal initiatives to support organizational objectives.
- • Demonstrate a client-first mindset by actively listening, responding to needs, and exceeding expectations to retain and grow client relationships.
- • Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared objectives and deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
- • Set and pursue aggressive, achievable goals with accountability and urgency, aligning actions with Inmar’s principles of Agile Execution and quality service standards.
- • Adhere to physical demands of the role, including regularly using hands to handle objects and tools, speaking and hearing clearly, reading computer and printed materials, viewing items at close range, and occasionally lifting up to 40–50 pounds.
- • Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, as driving is an essential function of the role and alternate transportation is not considered comparable in efficiency.
