- • The Executive Director, Client Partner is a senior account lead responsible for driving strategy, sales, relationship management, and delivery oversight for assigned client portfolios, directly contributing to DEPT®’s growth strategy in North America.
- • Day to day, the role involves defining and executing client projects, understanding business goals, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration, managing team resourcing, leading client meetings and pitches, negotiating contracts, and maintaining senior-level relationships with Fortune 500 executives.
- • DEPT® is a certified B Corp and Climate Neutral Growth Invention company with 4,000+ specialists operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, serving clients like Google, Meta, and OpenAI through its Global Studios team.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic account leadership skills, drive profitability and growth across a $10–$15M+ portfolio, influence enterprise-level client relationships, and gain exposure to DEPT®’s full suite of services including Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of account management and client partnership experience in a digital design environment
- • Experience managing $10–$15M+ portfolio and/or driving clients to enterprise relationships at that scale
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education
- • Expertise in user-centric digital and integrated marketing, business transformation, digital products/services, design systems, and branding at the intersection of content, content strategy, and commerce
- • Proven ability to retain top-tier accounts, drive realized revenue beyond forecasts, and farm additional opportunities from legacy client relationships
- • Experience managing vendors/partners and partner agencies to drive revenue success with Fortune 500 accounts
