- • The Director, Product Partnerships & Growth for CPN will lead the expansion of Circle Payments Network’s beneficiary financial institution network by sourcing, onboarding, and scaling payment partners such as banks, PSPs, EMIs, and regulated financial institutions, directly contributing to Circle’s mission of building a more open, global economy through digital assets and programmable blockchain infrastructure.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end payout partner expansion—from pipeline management and commercial negotiation to launch—driving Total Payment Volume (TPV) growth through partner activation and use case expansion, leading cross-functional onboarding with Compliance, Legal, Ops, Product, and Engineering teams, managing live partner performance and relationships, and translating partner needs into internal priorities while aligning with risk and operations stakeholders.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in global payments networks, stablecoin settlement, and financial institution partnerships; drive measurable network expansion and sustained TPV growth; sharpen cross-functional leadership and stakeholder coordination skills; and gain visibility into Circle’s strategic growth initiatives while contributing to the evolution of the internet’s economic OS.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure partnerships
- • Hands-on experience working with banks, PSPs, EMIs, or regulated financial institutions
- • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, settlement flows, and payment rails
- • Experience managing commercial partnerships and contractual discussions
- • Familiarity with KYC/KYB, AML, and onboarding requirements for financial partners
- • Demonstrated ability to drive transaction growth, partner activation, or usage expansion
- • Strong execution, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills
- • An appetite for work travel (30% required depending on time of year)
- • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
