- • As a Professional (Senior) Sales Representative in Women's Health for Viatris Inc., you will drive sales growth and market penetration for pharmaceutical products within your assigned territory in Little Rock, AR, directly contributing to the company's mission of empowering people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life by ensuring access to high-quality medicines.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute territory business plans aligned with Viatris sales strategies, conduct quality sales presentations to healthcare providers, achieve quarterly sales goals through ethical practices, gather market intelligence from pharmacists and offices to tailor prescriber strategies, leverage sample programs and literature to increase product awareness, and maintain high call and field productivity while building strong relationships with customers, peers, and managers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience (or equivalent combination)
- • Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation skills
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and listening abilities
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a self-starter who is highly motivated
- • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and authorization to drive a company-leased or rental vehicle
- • Must reside in the assigned territory geography and be willing to travel, including overnight travel
