  • • As Director of Strategic Sales at Scribe, you will lead a team of 8 strategic account executives focused on selling the company’s AI Workflow platform to C-suite executives, VPs, and LOB leaders at large enterprise organizations across North America.
  • • You will build and lead a high-performing team, coach them to own, close, and expand deals, and develop account and territory plans in close partnership with your team.
  • • You will lead large, complex sales processes internally, coordinating across legal, deal desk, and R&D teams to ensure deal hygiene and process repeatability.
  • • You will instill a culture of operational excellence through consistent, high-quality weekly forecasts and drive forecast accuracy to effectively close opportunities across your team.
  • • You will report directly to the CRO and operate in a decentralized, autonomous fashion, mentoring and developing your team to exceed goals and targets.
  • • You will provide day-to-day executive sponsorship for deals and accounts within F500 organizations, leveraging your experience selling emerging technologies via a top-down enterprise approach.
  • • You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, developing, and retaining top talent while undertaking extensive national travel to support deals and team performance.
  • • You will contribute to Scribe’s mission of upleveling how people do work by selling a platform used by over 94% of the Fortune 500 to optimize workflows and drive consistency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of successful front-line field enterprise sales leadership with business application software
  • • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience as an individual contributor or manager in combination
  • • Experience leading teams selling emerging technologies with a top-down approach targeting enterprise stakeholders
  • • Proven track record of closing high 6-figure and some 7-figure ACV deals (100-200k+ ACV) in complex sales cycles
  • • Skilled at recruiting, mentoring, developing, and retaining top talent in a high-performance sales environment
