- • The Manager, Account Executive role at Deel is pivotal in driving revenue growth by leading a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on the mid-market segment in the UK&I region. This role ensures consistent execution across the sales cycle, directly contributing to Deel’s mission of enabling global hiring and payroll compliance through its all-in-one HR platform.
- • Day to day, the individual will hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives; conduct regular 1:1s, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions; monitor pipeline and KPIs; support reps as a player-coach in key deals; build scalable sales processes and playbooks; partner cross-functionally for seamless customer handoffs; and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
