  • • Drive significant new business growth and expand existing client relationships within the healthcare sector as a Client Development Representative for Inmar Intelligence, focusing on our vital Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions.
  • • Take ownership of an assigned territory, acting as the primary driver for sales success and client satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
  • • Spearhead the prospecting and acquisition of new clients, with a particular emphasis on hospital pharmacies, independent retail pharmacies, and key supply chain and procurement teams within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • • Develop and deliver compelling, needs-based sales presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of Inmar’s Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions, demonstrating how we address specific client challenges.
  • • Cultivate and deepen relationships with an existing client base, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling additional products and services to enhance account value and foster long-term partnerships.
  • • Proactively manage and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your clients, providing prompt and effective responses to inquiries, and delivering ongoing education regarding regulatory compliance and the full spectrum of Inmar’s service offerings.
  • • Conduct regular in-person visits within your assigned Nashville-area territory to provide essential on-site support for pharmaceutical returns processes, ensuring clients are fully equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and best practices for compliant and efficient returns.
  • • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of each client's unique operational needs and business objectives to deliver highly tailored solutions and consistently ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • • Meticulously update and manage all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression within the designated CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for effective tracking and ongoing engagement.
  • • Leverage CRM data and analytics to identify emerging trends, extract valuable insights, and refine sales strategies to optimize performance and achieve aggressive sales goals within your territory.
  • • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales leadership, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and to drive collective success.
  • • Stay abreast of industry changes, competitive landscapes, and regulatory updates within the pharmaceutical returns and compliance space to maintain expert-level knowledge and provide informed guidance to clients.

  • • Occasionally, you may be required to stand, kneel, stoop, and lift or move objects up to 40-50 pounds, and frequently adjust focus for detailed work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, client development, or territory management, preferably within the healthcare or related industries.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • • Must reside within the Nashville, TN metropolitan area to effectively manage the assigned territory and conduct necessary in-person client visits.
  • • A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are mandatory for fulfilling the essential functions of this role, which include regular travel within the territory.
