  • • As a pivotal member of the Healthcare Sales Team at Inmar Intelligence, Inc., you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and deepening relationships with existing clients within your assigned territory.
  • • This role is specifically designed for a motivated and results-oriented individual to focus on prospecting and selling Inmar’s comprehensive Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions, while simultaneously delivering exceptional customer service.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, client engagement, and effective territory management, demonstrating a consistent ability to forge meaningful connections with clients and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • • A critical aspect of this position is the requirement for candidates to reside within the Philadelphia, PA area, as this is a territory-based role necessitating daily in-person visits to pharmacies throughout the city and surrounding region.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be Sales and Client Development, accounting for approximately 70% of your role, where you will actively prospect and engage new clients across the healthcare spectrum, with a particular emphasis on hospital and independent retail pharmacies, as well as supply chain and procurement teams.
  • • You will be tasked with scheduling and conducting compelling sales presentations, expertly showcasing Inmar’s Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions, adeptly identifying client needs, and proposing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • • A significant part of your success will hinge on your ability to nurture and grow relationships with current clients, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services, thereby increasing the overall account value and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • • Maintaining a robust and consistent pipeline of sales opportunities will be paramount, achieved through proactive outreach, diligent follow-up with potential leads, and strategic engagement with prospects.
  • • The remaining 30% of your role will focus on Customer Service and Territory Management, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries and providing ongoing education regarding regulatory compliance and Inmar's service offerings.
  • • You will be expected to travel within your assigned territory to provide essential on-site support for pharmaceutical returns, ensuring that clients are fully equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and processes for compliant and efficient returns.
  • • A deep and nuanced understanding of your clients' evolving needs will be crucial to delivering customized solutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, which is key to building and sustaining enduring client relationships.
  • • You will be responsible for consistently updating and meticulously managing all client interactions and sales activities within our CRM systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data for tracking prospects and monitoring ongoing customer engagement.
  • • Leveraging CRM data effectively will be essential for identifying key trends, extracting valuable insights, and informing the refinement of your sales strategies to optimize performance within your territory.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to sales, a commitment to client success, and the ability to manage a territory effectively, contributing directly to Inmar Intelligence's growth in the healthcare sector.
  • • You will be expected to comply with all company policies and standards, and perform other sales-related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's overall success.
  • • The physical demands of the role include regular use of hands for handling objects, reaching, talking, hearing, and reading. You will occasionally stand, kneel, stoop, and lift/move up to 40-50 pounds. Regular viewing of items at close range and the ability to adjust focus are also required.
  • • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are mandatory, as driving is an essential function of this role, ensuring efficient territory coverage.
