- • As a Client Development Representative in Healthcare for Inmar Intelligence, you will drive new business growth and expand relationships with existing clients in the Toledo, Ohio territory by selling Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions to hospital and independent retail pharmacies, supply chain teams, and procurement departments.
- • Day to day, you will actively prospect and engage new healthcare clients, conduct impactful sales presentations, nurture existing accounts to identify upsell opportunities, maintain a consistent sales pipeline, serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, provide on-site support for pharmaceutical returns within your territory, and ensure timely responses while educating clients on regulatory compliance and service offerings.
- • You will be part of Inmar’s Healthcare Sales Team, a mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare outcomes through innovative returns and compliance solutions, where collaboration, client-centricity, and accountability are core values.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare sales, territory management, and CRM-driven strategy while building long-term client relationships, mastering consultative selling techniques, and achieving measurable sales goals that contribute to company growth and your professional advancement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 2+ years of experience in sales, client development, or territory management, preferably in healthcare or related industries
- • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
- • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required due to essential in-person travel within the Toledo, Ohio territory
