- • As a Strategic Account Executive at Redis, you will drive revenue growth by selling Redis Enterprise, a leading real-time data platform, to enterprise customers in your assigned territory.
- • You will formulate and execute sales strategies, identify and develop a robust sales pipeline, and close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
- • You will build trusted relationships with executives, IT leaders, and developers, delivering value through consultative, solution-based selling of Redis’s cloud, on-premise, and hybrid offerings.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams to qualify opportunities and support enterprise-grade Redis deployments for leading brands in your region.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience selling to enterprise customers in a fast-paced, competitive market
- • Proven ability to build and execute account plans to close net new logo opportunities in an assigned territory
- • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value in simple, business-focused terms
- • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and consultative mindset with a value-based approach to selling open source software
- • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Dallas, or Austin (or surrounding areas)
