📋 Description

  • • The Strategic Account Executive role at Alight is critical for driving revenue retention and growth by fostering executive-level relationships at the C-Suite and Head of Shared Services level across assigned client accounts (1-6). This role directly impacts Alight’s mission to empower clients with a healthier, more financially secure workforce through unified benefits solutions.
  • • Day to day, the Strategic Account Executive will understand client business challenges, align Alight’s portfolio (Health, Wealth, Leaves, Consumer Experience) to meet those needs, collaborate with Solution Architects and internal teams, develop commercial strategies, lead renewal and expansion motions, forecast revenue accurately, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of professional Sales/Account Management experience or 10+ years in Benefits or Leaves experience
  • • Exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level
  • • Proven ability to use facts and data to tell a story that leads to revenue growth and retention
  • • Proven strategic thought leader with consultative selling approach
  • • Ability to inspire teams and rally organization behind strategy
  • • Maintains strong content knowledge across entire Alight portfolio
