- • As a Senior Events Sales Specialist at Perk.com Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s Meetings & Events (MICE) offering by managing end-to-end coordination of complex corporate events, conferences, incentive programmes, and group travel for global clients. This role is critical to Perk’s mission of eliminating shadow work and enabling real impact through seamless, intelligent travel and spend management solutions, directly contributing to client satisfaction and commercial growth.
- • You will lead the full lifecycle of events management—from responding to RFPs and conducting discovery conversations with Sales and Account Management teams, to negotiating with suppliers, contracting venues, and overseeing logistics planning across multiple regions and time zones. Your day-to-day includes building trusted relationships with corporate clients, anticipating their evolving needs, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring every programme reflects Perk’s 7-star service standard through proactive problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal teams across planning, logistics, and delivery to ensure seamless execution, while contributing innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and service design. Your insights will directly influence the evolution of Perk Events’ capabilities and help drive measurable commercial results for the team.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of proven experience in MICE sales or meetings and events coordination, preferably within a travel management company (TMC) or corporate travel agency environment.
- • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering high-quality, complex events programmes under pressure, with strong commercial awareness and ownership of client relationships.
- • Exceptional organisational skills, proactive mindset, and meticulous attention to detail—able to anticipate issues, propose solutions, and continuously improve programme outcomes.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a genuine passion for customer delight and the ability to build lasting, trusted client relationships.
- • Fluency in English (required for internal communication) and eligibility to work from Barcelona or willingness to relocate, aligned with Perk’s IRL-first hybrid work model (3 days/week in-office).
