- • As an Associate Account Executive - PEO at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the US Professional Employer Organization (PEO) market by supporting consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and educating prospects on PEO value for workforce management and compliance.
- • Day to day, you will support the PEO sales team in building and progressing pipeline across the US market, generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, partner with senior AEs on deal execution including discovery, demos, and follow-ups, maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking, and assist in managing high-velocity opportunities with timely follow-up.
- • You will join the AMER Sales (PEO) team at Remote, a fully remote, globally distributed company with team members across 6 continents, dedicated to solving global employment compliance challenges through innovation, automation, and AI-driven HR solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of Remote’s PEO offering and market positioning, contribute to messaging and sales process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience, and continuously develop toward a Senior AE role while building expertise in the US PEO landscape, compliance, co-employment, and use cases.
