• • The Customer Account Manager drives revenue growth by building and managing strategic accounts, long-term client relationships, and developing key business relationships, with a strong focus on new business development, up-selling, and cross-selling to existing clients.
• • Day to day responsibilities include implementing sales tactics to achieve corporate revenue/profit goals, growing businesses with new and existing key customers, developing in-depth understanding of client business strategy and pain points, positioning Redwood as a business partner in digital and technology transformation, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating executive presence with top management, creating proposals and negotiating deals, maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting dashboards, acting as the key interface between customer and service delivery areas, identifying and managing risks within client engagements, and being a reliable team player with strong work ethic and openness for diversity.
