Your leadership will bridge the gap between client needs and internal execution, making you a critical driver of project success and long-term partnerships.
- • You will oversee the end-to-end execution of client engagements, including project planning, resource allocation, budget monitoring, and timeline management, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with revenue and cost projections while maintaining the highest standards of client acceptance and satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will lead and develop a team of project managers and client-facing professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance to build a high-performing, collaborative unit capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations across diverse legal and professional services environments.
- • You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (including sales, product, implementation, and support), facilitating clear communication, resolving conflicts, aligning priorities, and acting as a mediator to ensure seamless coordination and timely issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- • You will conduct regular budget analysis and labor planning, tracking financial performance against forecasts, identifying variances early, and implementing corrective actions to protect profitability while ensuring resource efficiency and client value.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in enterprise software implementation, client relationship management at the executive level, cross-functional leadership, and financial stewardship—positioning yourself for senior leadership opportunities in professional services, technology delivery, or client success within Aderant or the broader legal tech industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing client-facing technology implementation projects in professional services, software, or legal technology environments, with direct responsibility for budget, timeline, and client satisfaction outcomes.

- • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting, cost tracking, labor planning, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability and alignment with corporate objectives.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and mediator between clients and internal stakeholders, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities under pressure.
- • Familiarity with enterprise software systems (e.g., practice management, billing, document management) and implementation methodologies commonly used in law firms or professional services organizations.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
