  • • TD SYNNEX Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Client Executive III to join our dynamic team, focusing on driving significant revenue growth and cultivating strategic relationships within the diverse CDW Public Sector Business. This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting CDWG's Federal, State, Local, Education (K-12 & Higher Ed), and Healthcare verticals, acting as a trusted advisor to these critical organizations.
  • • As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for understanding and aligning CDW’s extensive technology portfolio and comprehensive services with the unique mission-critical initiatives, stringent compliance requirements, and often complex budgetary constraints faced by public sector entities. You will own the complete sales lifecycle, from initial account planning and proactive prospecting to sophisticated solution development, meticulous contract execution, and sustained long-term account expansion.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves owning and strategically managing a portfolio of OEM contracts within your assigned territory or specialized verticals. This requires a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage these relationships to deliver maximum value to clients.
  • • You will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive strategic account plans designed to not only grow revenue but also to expand wallet share within existing accounts and significantly enhance customer retention rates. This proactive approach ensures sustained business growth and client loyalty.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be identifying and pursuing net-new opportunities within established accounts, as well as actively prospecting and engaging with new potential clients. This requires a keen eye for market trends and a proactive sales mindset.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipeline forecasting and diligent opportunity management within CRM systems is crucial for effective business planning and performance tracking. This ensures visibility and allows for timely adjustments to sales strategies.

  • • Navigating the intricate public sector procurement processes is a core competency for this role. This includes expertise in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), leveraging cooperative contracts, and adhering to various compliance frameworks.
  • • You will facilitate crucial quarterly business reviews with Business Unit management and relevant supplier teams. These reviews are designed to enhance public sector account coverage and identify areas for strategic improvement.
  • • A significant part of your role will be developing and strengthening executive-level customer relationships, not only with direct clients but also with our strategic and ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners. The focus will be on enhancing the overall customer experience with TD SYNNEX by integrating more TD SYNNEX branded services and maintaining a renewed emphasis on delivering robust solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • • You will play a key role in identifying sales leads for the broader field organization by recognizing emerging opportunities, developing effective operational plans, and providing leadership to champion TD SYNNEX capabilities at both the customer and corporate management levels, working collaboratively with your assigned account team.
  • • Collaboration with Business Unit owners is essential for designing and implementing corrective action plans that effectively resolve identified issues and foster improved customer relations. This ensures a responsive and client-centric approach.
  • • You will coordinate action plan requirements with appropriate support groups, such as TD SYNNEX Services, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
  • • The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, exceptional relationship management capabilities, deep sales expertise, and strategic thinking to effectively manage complex accounts and drive business outcomes.
  • • You will be responsible for selling company products and services, actively developing new accounts, and strategically expanding existing accounts, often managing a diverse customer base of strategic national accounts.
  • • This position is typically assigned to large and more complex accounts, requiring a high level of autonomy and strategic decision-making.
