- • As a Client Implementation Manager at Press Ganey Associates, LLC, you will be the central point of contact, orchestrating the entire client onboarding journey from post-sales handoff through the critical go-live phase. Your primary objective is to ensure a seamless transition and set clients up for long-term success by fostering strong partnerships and managing expectations effectively.
- • You will own the implementation process, acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, including Sales, Delivery, and other specialized departments. This involves deeply understanding each client's unique goals, use cases, and business needs to guide product configuration and establish clear priorities.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to build and maintain robust client relationships. This means actively listening to client feedback, communicating it effectively internally, and ensuring that client needs are understood and addressed throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Delivery Team to ensure the successful completion of product configuration, meticulously managing timelines for all deliverables. Your proactive approach will be crucial in setting clients up for immediate and sustained success post-implementation.
- • The role demands exceptional collaboration skills, requiring you to navigate and reconcile competing priorities across multiple departments and teams. Your ability to foster synergy will be paramount in maximizing overall client satisfaction and ensuring project success.
- • You will be responsible for identifying and escalating potential challenges and risks associated with the implementation process and client satisfaction. By proactively bringing these issues to the attention of your supervisor and senior team members, you will prevent minor concerns from escalating into critical problems.
- • A key function is to bring in appropriate Press Ganey experts (e.g., PGForsta specialists) when needed and to ensure a seamless handoff to other departments and post-implementation support teams, guaranteeing continuity of service and client care.
- • You will provide clients with comprehensive product overviews, educating them on the capabilities and benefits of Press Ganey's solutions. Furthermore, you will connect clients with relevant training and educational opportunities to maximize their utilization and understanding of the products.
- • The implementation process is often highly customized and involves managing large datasets. This necessitates an analytical and strategic approach to each client engagement, leveraging good judgment and the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
- • You will need to develop a strong conceptual understanding of how Press Ganey's various solutions work and how they can be tailored to meet diverse client business needs. This includes understanding the complexities of hospital and health system operations, the roles and motivations of different stakeholders within these organizations, and navigating these complex structures to ensure maximum alignment and client satisfaction.
- • Your success will be measured by your ability to instill client confidence and trust from the outset, maintain clear communication regarding product needs and timelines, and hold all parties, both internal and external, accountable to deadlines, thereby ensuring a successful and timely implementation.
- • This role is ideal for an individual who embodies entrepreneurial thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses an obsession with customer experience, including meticulous follow-up and effective problem resolution.
