- • Senior Project Manager responsible for full-service oversight of clinical trials in Oncology, Rare Diseases, or CNS, ensuring delivery of projects across Phases I-IV within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading clinical projects independently, serving as primary client liaison, managing project teams and budgets, preparing status updates, reviewing protocols and study documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including C-level sponsors.
- • Precision for Medicine is a people-focused CRO specializing in precision medicine, combining innovative trial design, operational excellence, biomarker analytics, and a passion for rare diseases and oncology, operating in a collaborative, high-energy environment that values work-life balance and team development.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in global clinical trial management, strengthen leadership and stakeholder communication skills, gain deep experience in Oncology trial execution, and contribute to groundbreaking cancer therapies while growing professionally in a supportive, challenge-driven team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree or equivalent life science qualification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • 5 to 7 years of industry experience, including at least 4 years in full-service project management within a CRO setting managing clinical trials.
- • Proven experience managing Oncology studies and working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
- • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
- • Strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS systems.
- • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), presentation abilities, and proven ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
