  • • Lead the global, 24x7 Cyber Threat Center (CTC) as a senior executive within Dun & Bradstreet’s Global Security & Risk team, overseeing four integrated pillars: Security Operations & Incident Response (SOC/IR), Detection Engineering & Automation, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability & Exposure Management.
  • • Define and execute the strategic vision for the CTC to proactively defend the enterprise against evolving cyber threats, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite and business objectives.
  • • Establish and monitor outcome-based performance metrics including Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), Mean Time to Respond (MTTR), exposure reduction rates, and detection coverage to measure and improve cybersecurity effectiveness.
  • • Drive the advancement of automation and engineering rigor across all CTC functions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual toil, and scale defensive capabilities globally.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Risk, Legal, and business units to embed security into enterprise workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable secure innovation across global operations.
  • • Oversee the detection and response to cyber incidents, ensuring rapid containment, root cause analysis, and remediation to minimize business impact and protect critical data assets.
  • • Build and lead a high-performing, global team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
  • • Evaluate and prioritize threat intelligence inputs to inform defensive strategies, enhance detection capabilities, and guide proactive hunting activities across the enterprise environment.
  • • Manage vulnerability and exposure management programs to identify, assess, and remediate security weaknesses across systems, applications, and third-party dependencies.
  • • Advocate for cybersecurity investments, resource allocation, and technology modernization to maintain a leading-edge threat defense posture aligned with industry best practices and emerging threat landscapes.
  • • Represent the Cyber Threat Center in executive forums, providing clear, actionable insights on cyber risk posture, incident trends, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • • Ensure alignment of CTC operations with global regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and internal governance policies to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
  • • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and threat intelligence sharing communities to enhance situational awareness and extend the organization’s defensive reach.
  • • Maintain deep visibility into the threat landscape, including adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), to anticipate and counter emerging risks before they materialize.
  • • Drive the integration of security controls into cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments to ensure consistent protection across all infrastructure layers.
  • • Champion a culture of security awareness and accountability across the organization by translating technical risks into business-relevant language for non-technical stakeholders.

  • • Proven experience leading a global, 24x7 Cyber Threat Center or equivalent security operations function
  • • Demonstrated success in managing four core cybersecurity pillars: SOC/IR, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management
  • • Expertise in defining and measuring outcome-based cybersecurity metrics such as MTTD and MTTR
  • • Strong track record of cross-functional leadership partnering with Technology, Risk, Legal, and business units
